JOB SUMMARY
Job Overview:Mustek EA Ltd, the exclusive distributor of Videofied products in the region, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy, promotion, and market penetration of the Videofied security solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring Videofied products, such as video alarm systems, dominate the market by meeting customer needs, aligning with industry trends, and driving sales performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & DevelopmentAlign Videofied products with market demands and client needs.Develop and execute product roadmaps with engineering, R&D, and leadership.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors for innovation opportunities.Serve as the Videofied video alarm systems expert.Sales EnablementDrive Videofied sales with effective strategies across market segments.Provide training, tools, and resources to support sales teams.Develop demos, presentations, and case studies to engage customers.Gather insights to refine strategies and improve product positioning.Marketing & Market PositioningCollaborate on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and campaigns.Ensure consistent communication of Videofied’s value propositions.Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in security markets.Customer & Partner CollaborationBuild strong relationships with customers, distributors, and integrators.Represent customer feedback in product development decisions.Establish strategic partnerships to boost adoption and impact.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor KPIs to measure product success and identify improvements.Generate reports on trends, sales outcomes, and strategy refinements.Leverage data to optimize product competitiveness.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Meet or exceed Videofied sales targets.Increase adoption by 20% within a year.Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction.Deliver 10+ demos or training sessions quarterly.Achieve 25% growth in campaign-driven leads.QualificationsBachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; security certifications preferred.3+ years in product management, sales, or business development, ideally in security or tech.Strong understanding of video alarm systems and security technologies.Excellent strategic, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in CRM, analytics, and Microsoft Office.Self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
