Job Description/Requirements
Salary: KES 45,000 - 50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
●Lead and manage the daily operations of the institution, ensuring that all activities align with its mission and goals.
●Provide strategic leadership to faculty, staff, and students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
●Develop and implement institutional policies, procedures, and programs to enhance educational outcomes.
●Make informed decisions that promote the institution's growth and development.
●Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and innovation across all areas of the institution.
●Serve as the primary point of contact between the institution, the community, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
●Degree holder in a medical sciences field.
●Over 10 years of experience in administration, with a strong record of leadership and management.
●Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a diverse audience.
●Strong decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
●Proven track record as a change agent, capable of driving positive transformation.
