Purpose of the Request of Proposal

Helen Keller Intl has staff located throughout Kenya.  Helen Keller Intl invites proposals for the “Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services for Staff Medical, GPA, WIBA and GLA for a period of One Year from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite bids for the selection of a vendor that will provide best value to Helen Keller Intl, considering both technical and cost factors of the Insurance Brokerage Services.

 

Note: The Insurance Brokerage Firms are expected to tender for underwriting services from their underwriting partners to ensure the selection of the most advantageous underwriting services in terms of coverage, cost, and overall value.

 

ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS

This request for proposal is open to eligible insurance brokerage firms. Organizations specializing in and eligible for insurance brokerage services in Kenya are invited to submit proposals for the general insurance coverage as mentioned below:

Medical Insurance cover, In-patient and Out-patient

Group Life Cover, Group Personal Accident (GPA) and WIBA  .
