Job summary
Top Notch Management Services Ltd is a Human Resource Management consulting firm that offers end to end Human Resource business Solutions. On behalf of our client, a leading power systems service provider, who provides among other turnkey solutions in camps, domestic, industrial telecoms, agricultural sectors, customized design, supply and installations, we are seeking to hire for the position of Power Systems Sales Engineer/Executive to be based in Nairobi while serving other regions in the Country. The ideal candidate will be responsible of selling power system solutions such as generators, UPS, and electrical equipment. The role involves identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
- Sell power systems (generators, UPS, solar, switchgear, etc.)
- Meet customers to understand their power requirements
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Conduct site visits and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- Basic knowledge of power systems and electrical equipments
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in power systems sales.
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet targets
Preferred:
- Experience in sales of generators, Solar Systems, or electrical products
- Possess a Valid driving license
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Team Player
