• Diploma in General Agriculture.
• At least three years’ experience in busy farm.
• Understands poultry business practices.
• Leadership ability as well as team player.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Keen eye on details.

• Managing a team of six or more team players in different roles.
• Formulate farm procedures and routines to be undertaken.
• In charge of Hatching process.
• Record keeping on inventories of poultry farm.
• Poultry Houses maintenance.
• Engage with the sales department when we have ready birds for sale.
• Liaise with HR personnel incase need of casual workers needed during peak season.
• Coordinates chicken processing to market.
• Ensure quality assurance of processed product.
