° Assist poultry farm manager in operations like sales management, hatching management, feeding programs, staff management.
° Preparing plans and schedules for showcasing and poultry fair, Stock sales, feeding of poultry, hatching management, poultry units’ management and staff working plans.
° Visiting different farm divisions on managements.
° Scheduling repair, maintenance, replacement of equipment’s & staff working shifts.
° Procurement of farm inputs.
° Assist in recruitment of new staff.
° Ensure staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
° Assist in budget preparing and financial reports.
° Building professional network & attend poultry exhibitions, seminars and government meetings
