Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in masonry work (bricklaying, plastering, or tiling).
- Proficient in various masonry techniques, including English and French masonry methods.
- Skilled in tiling techniques and plastering applications.
- Ability to independently complete complex masonry structures such as straight walls, corners, arches, and patterned floor or wall tiles.
- Experience in large residential, commercial, or public facility projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with common masonry materials such as clay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and mortar mixing ratios.
- Strong spatial awareness, measurement skills, and ability to read construction drawings.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on workmanship quality and finishing aesthetics.
- Physically fit and energetic, able to perform high-intensity outdoor work.
