JOB SUMMARY

We are are urgently looking for a Group Planning officer. Reporting to the Group Planning Manager Minimum RequirementsQUALIFICATIONSProfessional certification, preferably an undergraduate degree or Higher Diploma in planning, management, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, proficiency in computer literacy, and the ability to analyze data and prepare performance tracking reports.Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or a solid understanding of the product life cycle from idea generation to marketing launch.In-depth understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle and warehouse operations for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).Knowledge of how supply chain operations impact the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.Familiarity with integrated resource planning systems; SAP knowledge is essential.Joining: Immediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPERIENCE:Document all discussions and decisions made during the S&OP meetings and ensure timely sharing of the records with all involved teams.Prepare timely re-orders for all Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FGs), whether local or imported.Generate and prepare the Priority List summary from SAP, ensuring it is shared with the relevant parties.Develop monthly production plans and share them with the manufacturing teams.Prepare and communicate weekly production schedules to the manufacturing team, ensuring alignment with available materials to optimize labor usage and minimize waste.Maintain proper filing of supply chain planning and control documents, including but not limited to narcotics, sugar, and neutral spirit details.Ensure that material requirements are communicated to the purchasing teams promptly for timely procurement and delivery to the warehouses.Monitor daily stock levels and immediately flag any potential stock gaps arising from purchase, logistics, or production issues.Ensure that timely production plans are shared with manufacturing teams both monthly and weekly.Prepare and share inventory and forecast accuracy reports on time.Support the implementation of safety practices within the company, ensuring adherence to the company’s safety guidelines.
