Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Pharmacy Technician will assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, ensure proper inventory control, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, managing stock, and offering professional support and advice to customers under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling prescriptions and basic knowledge of pharmacy practices
• Experience in inventory control and maintaining stock accuracy
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist customers with professionalism and care
• Certified Pharmacy Technician qualification or relevant training in pharmacy
• Attention to detail and commitment to following health and safety guidelines
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical software systems is a plus
• A valid license or registration as required by Kenyan regulatory authorities
