Job Overview
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group CEO is a critical role that demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach. This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual capable of managing a fast-paced, complex environment.
The PA will provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Group CEO while also playing a pivotal role in coordinating group-wide marketing activities and enhancing the CEO's personal brand.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage and optimize the Group CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring timely preparation for meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and expense reports.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing teams across the group to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Manage the production of marketing materials, including collateral, digital content, and press releases.
Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Group CEO.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external marketing agencies and partners.
Personal Branding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the Group CEO.
Manage the CEO's online presence, including social media platforms and website.
Coordinate media interviews and public appearances.
Develop and maintain a media contact list.
Prepare press releases and media pitches.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferably in a complex corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in marketing and communications is preferred.
- This position requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
- The holder of the position will also be expected to research topics and excellent speeches for the CEO
Salary 30,000 - 40,000
