- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring accountability for results.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Supervise daily activities and coordinate staff schedules effectively.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Motivate staff through regular briefings and performance feedback.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain strong knowledge of perfume products, fragrance notes, and brands.
- Ensure team members communicate product benefits clearly to customers.
- Uphold a professional image aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key KPIs and provide feedback to management.
- Implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns effectively.
- Encourage active promotion of offers and new products.
- Support customer engagement activities such as product sampling.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
- Lead by example through strong personal sales performance.
- Maintain a smart, well-groomed, and confident appearance.
- Build and manage a loyal customer base.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in perfume, cosmetics, or beauty product sales.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
