About the job

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Customer Follow-Up:

- Initial Contact: Reach out to potential customers who have shown interest in our services through inquiries but have not yet placed an order. Use a friendly and professional approach to understand their needs and encourage them to use our services.

 - Feedback Collection: After services are rendered, follow up with customers to gather detailed feedback on their experience. Use this information to improve service quality and address any concerns or suggestions they may have.

 - Re-engagement: Contact previous customers who have not used our services for a while to remind them of our offerings and encourage repeat business.

 2. Outbound Sales:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels such as online inquiries, social media interactions, and referrals.

 - Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of each lead, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of Laundry Lounge’s services.

 - Conversion: Effectively persuades leads to become customers by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing detailed information about our service packages and promotions.

 

3. Social Media Engagement:

 - Monitoring Inquiries: Regularly monitor social media platforms for inquiries about our services. Respond promptly to maintain customer interest and engagement.

 - Nurturing Leads: Develop strategies to rekindle interest from lukewarm or cold leads, such as offering special promotions, sharing customer testimonials, and providing updates on new services or improvements.

 - Brand Presence: Maintain a positive and engaging brand presence on social media by interacting with followers, addressing their inquiries, and sharing relevant content.

 

4. Customer Service Support:

 - Inbound Calls: Assist the customer service team by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

 - Service Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of service delivery, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, and addressing any logistical challenges.

 - Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support, handling complaints effectively, and fostering strong customer relationships.

 

5. Reporting and Analysis:

 - Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.

 - Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements to sales strategies.

 - Feedback Loop: Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback, market trends, and sales performance, contributing to strategic decision-making.

 

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

 - Training and Mentorship: Share best practices and provide mentorship to other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms.

- Familiarity with the laundry and cleaning industry is a plus.
