Pamoja Mental Health & Safeguarding Network Ltd is a growing professional organisation focused on strengthening mental health support, safeguarding systems, and organisational wellbeing across Kenya. We are looking for a versatile Operations Officer who can seamlessly pivot between administration, accounting & people management.
Job descriptions & requirements
The Operations Officer role involves:
✅ Operations and administration: Office management, client management, handling clinician diaries online and
sales pipeline management.
✅ Financial & Compliance: Handle compliance and financial accounting tasks, including
accounts receivable follow up.
✅ Human Resources Management for the business
Required qualifications, experience and attributes:
Bachelors’ degree in Accounting/Business Administration
Experience of at least 3 years in Accounting (Zoho knowledge is a plus).
Experience of at least 3 years in HR and administration
A person with high integrity, well organized with strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
