JOB SUMMARY

Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd is a comprehensive Human Capital Consultancy firm based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Our core HR activities include Recruitment, Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Employee Trainings. We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures efficient work flow from the production processes to the delivery points without any setbacksProvide adequate training and orientation for new staff as well as continuous development for existing operations staffSchedule and provide guidance on priority setting to ensure all clients are served in the shortest time possibleQuality Assurance of the production process and final products before they are delivered to clientsSolve and intervene on client complaints and concerns amicably and relaying the same to the Managing DirectorReport any mal-practices and mal-behavior of Production Staff to the Managing DirectorEnsure there is adequate inventory of all Raw Materials ,at any one time and in coordination with other branches, ensure they don’t lack eitherResponsible to keep track and record of Bottles and other raw materials with the help of the admin assistant/factory assistant/ packing .Ensure at all times the Delivery Fleet ( Motorbikes and Vehicles) are mechanically fit and in good condition (cleanliness) ready for delivery; as well as keep track of their service timesDevelop and keep a schedule for Corporate Deliveries by liaising with the contact persons; to establish their needs and timely delivery of their order.Scheduling Vehicle usage for corporate deliveries, Sale and Marketing activities, Deliveries to other branches for the Sales Driver and ensures all concerned Documentation is in place and well signed/filled.Ensure adequate stock and follow up on accomplishment of set targets for the Sales DriverProvide operational support to all aquawell branches; while exploring all options for gaining a better market share within the branch areas and beyondEnsure that the Refilling Machines are serviced in good time to ensure that we provide quality products at all times .Consistent follow up on bad debts and recovery the funds before the end of every monthFuel Management and control system for the delivery fleetDevelop and Maintain the Day- Off System for the Operational Staff Ensure all bottles at the shop are with KRA Stamps and correctly marked Customer  Retainment. Make follow up calls for ‘lost’ clients , solve concerns and win them back

REQUIRED SKILLS

Warehouse management, Driving license Class B, C, E - light vehicles & heavy commercial vehicles, Team leadership, Vehicle maintenance and repair, E-mail and internet, Logistics planning and management, Stock and inventory management

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
