Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our furniture products. This role involves overseeing the quality assurance process, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
● Technical Oversight: Apply technical expertise to identify and resolve product defects, performance issues, and production inefficiencies.
● Process Improvement: Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
● Team Management: Lead and train quality assurance teams, providing guidance on technical and quality issues and managing all company operation process.
● Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that materials meet quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
● Reporting: Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics for management review, highlighting areas for improvement and progress.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
● Proven experience in quality assurance or operations management within the furniture or related manufacturing sector.
● Strong technical knowledge of furniture production processes and materials.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
● Effective communication and leadership abilities.
● Proficiency in quality management systems and relevant software tools.
