What you’ll do
- Reply to guests on Airbnb, WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Help coordinate check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, and maintenance
- Support property inspections and quality checks
- Keep owners updated on bookings and property issues
- Help with marketing, content, and social media support
- Assist in bringing in new properties and business opportunities
- Keep records organized and support daily operations

Requirements
- Own laptop
- Reliable smartphone
- Stable internet and airtime/data
- Flexibility with working hours, including some weekends or evenings when needed
- Willingness to travel to properties when required
- Strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or sales
- Social media or content creation skills
- Knowledge of the local property market
Pay
- KES 15,000/month to start
- After 2 months, strong performers may move to KES 30,000/month
