Job Description/Requirements
1. Plan, direct and evaluate the day to day running of the establishment, ensuring efficient and seamless operations and resource management
2. Ensure adequate supervision of the team and resources provided.
3. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
5. Assist with advertising and marketing by creating rapport with clients and enhancing company brand and image.
6. Participate in staff scheduling, training, and assessing of performance and assigning duties accordingly as and when required.
7. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management on a monthly basis to align operational goals with the organization's overall strategy
8. Maintain accurate operational records that are up to date
9.Ensure Health & Safety Compliance within the stations in accordance with applicable laws
