JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position or capacity from airport/5-star hotels/facility management company is mandatory.
- Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Housekeeping, Building Maintenance
- Excellent knowledge about floor maintenance; color coding, PH values of the chemicals; cross-contamination, MSDS, and COSHH.
- Proven work experience in a highly urbanized/industrialized FM sectors
- Soft Services: Airports (Dubai/Abu Dhabi Airports), High-end shopping malls (Please avoid construction/Residential Real Estate background)
- Continually pushes for new thinking and drawing on insights to develop a new approach
- Attentive and responsive to the needs of guests
- Sets high goals and works doggedly to achieve them
- Copes well and helps others deal with the ongoing demands of change; sees and shows others the benefits of change
