JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated OpEx Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in improvement activities to join Global Operations and Improvement Department team. As a OpEx Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in 360 Transformation changes and in implementing and driving Operational Excellence/ Lean principles across our organization.Qualifications & Experience:• Diploma or degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering• 2-3 years of experience working in Continuous Improvement/ Business Excellence cell, actively• Certifications/ Technical skills: Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or other process improvement methodologies, Data Analysis, can be an added advantage working on improvement activities, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.• Project Management: Experience in managing and leading projects to improve operational efficiency Proven project management skills. The ability to lead and facilitate OpEx projects from initiation to completion.• Strong knowledge and understanding of OpEx manufacturing principles and tools• Proficiency in using OpEx software, Knowledge of Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with different departments to identify areas for improvement and waste reduction within the organization.• Conduct detailed process analysis, including Time & Motion Study, Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Mapping to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.• Develop and implement OpEx methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.• Train and educate employees on OpEx principles, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement. Coordinates meetings and trainings as needed including scheduling,preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items as needed• Monitor and evaluate process metrics to track progress and identify areas requiring furtherimprovement and submit weekly update on all progress and before /after improvements• Lead and facilitate OpEx projects, including Kaizen events and 5S initiatives, to achievetargeted results.
