Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Engagement & Sales:
· Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and phone calls, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
· Handle inbound sales-related phone calls professionally, addressing client concerns and guiding them through the booking process.
· Follow up with potential clients via leads generated and convert them into confirmed projects.
· Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice in all communications.
2) Social Media Management & Content Creation:
· Develop and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.), including project showcases, design tips, and transformation stories.
· Work with visual assets (photos, videos, graphics) to create engaging content that highlights the beauty of our interior design projects.
· Monitor and manage social media interactions, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
3) Campaign Coordination:
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze social media insights and customer feedback to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
4) Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all communications and content adhere to the company's branding guidelines and overall design aesthetic.
- Help build and maintain the company's online reputation.
1) Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- Additional coursework or a minor in Interior Design, Visual Arts, or Digital Media is a plus.
2) Desired Skills & Experience:
a) Communication & Customer Service:
· Excellent and fluent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong persuasion skills.
· Experience in handling customer inquiries and managing client relationships on social media and messaging platforms.
· Ability to understand client needs and offer creative needs.
b) Sales & Marketing Acumen:
· Basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing strategies and sales processes.
· Ability to follow up on leads and track sales performance.
c) Content Creation:
· Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) and familiarity with content creation tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Creativity in producing compelling visual and written content that resonates with a design-focused audience.
d) Organizational Skills:
· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and coordinate between sales and marketing tasks.
e) Bonus
Previous experience in the interior design or a passion for interior design and
a keen awareness of current industry trends and the ability to incorporate them
into marketing strategies.
