Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Online Marketers with a deep understanding of the education sector, specifically colleges and schools. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase awareness, drive student enrollment, and enhance engagement with our programs. The role requires someone with a strong background in digital marketing and experience in promoting educational services.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns targeting prospective students, parents, and educators to promote our programs in Accounting, Finance, ICT, and Management.

Content Creation:
Generate high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing to attract students and create awareness of the school’s offerings.

Social Media Management:
Manage and grow Royal Business School's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with target audiences.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Implement SEO best practices to optimize the school’s website for search engines and manage SEM campaigns to increase online visibility.

Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to reach prospective students, keeping them informed about enrollment deadlines, program updates, and events.

Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms to monitor campaign performance and generate reports. Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Paid Advertising:
Create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and increase enrollment in the school’s programs.

Collaborations & Partnerships:
Establish partnerships with educational influencers, bloggers, and online platforms to expand the reach of Royal Business School and its programs.



Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in online or digital marketing, preferably within the education sector (colleges or schools).


Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.

Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp).

Strong organizational and project management skills.
