About the Company

Aluminum and Carpentry Ltd dealing with Style for marble and granite is a leading company in the Athi River/Kitengela area, specialising in high-quality aluminium and carpentry products. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Office Secretary to join our growing team.


Responsibilities

°  Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

°  Manage assigned sales routes, fostering strong client relationships through clear communication.

°  Conduct daily market visits to generate leads and promote company services.

°  Reconcile customer accounts daily, maintaining accurate financial records.

°  Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-maintained workspace.

°  Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

°  Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution (preferred).

°  Minimum of 2 years and above experience working as an Office Secretary.

°  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.

°  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

°  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

°  Strong organisational skills and time management abilities.

°  A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.

°  Must be willing to work in a commission-based environment with a base salary.

°  Age between 25-35 years old.

°  Residing in the Athi River or Kitengela area (preferred).
