Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Ensure the reception area and office spaces are tidy and presentable
Coordinate with maintenance and other service providers as required
Uphold a high standard of customer service and confidentiality
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
