JOB SUMMARY

Job DescriptionThe HR Business Partner - Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the Operations team, providing expert HR support and guidance. This role will drive HR initiatives aligned with the company's operational goals, focusing on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. The HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees within Operations to enhance productivity, engagement, and compliance with HR policies.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.Experience:7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a Business Partner role.Proven experience supporting operational teams in a dynamic environment.Skills:Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and HR metrics.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Partnering:Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support operational objectives.Provide insights on workforce planning and organizational development to ensure alignment with business strategies.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.Conduct investigations and manage the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Performance Management:Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions for the Operations team.Coach managers on best practices for developing high-performing teams and addressing performance issues.Talent Acquisition and Development:Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the hiring of top talent for the Operations department.Support talent development initiatives, including career planning, training programs, and succession planning within Operations.Change Management:Lead HR-driven change initiatives to support organizational changes within Operations.Assist in managing communications and ensuring a smooth transition during restructures, mergers, or other changes impacting the Operations team.HR Policy and Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the Operations department.Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.Data Analysis and Reporting:Use HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics to Operations leadership.Generate and present regular HR reports to help Operations make data-driven decisions.
