Salary: KES 5,536,000 to 6,574,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Duration & Hours: Full-time, fixed term
Location: Nairobi with frequent travel (approx. 40% international and regional)

The Role
The Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor is an exciting role within the Programmes Team. Working under the Head of MEL, you will form part of an agile and dynamic team, designing and delivering MEL initiatives in line with existing departmental and industry best practices to fulfil the organisation’s learning ambitions, support quality learning processes and maximise both programmatic and organisational level impact reporting.
The overall purpose of this role is to support the design and delivery of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) initiatives, in line with existing departmental and industry best practice, to fulfil the organisation’s learning ambitions. Providing analytical support, quality assurance and capacity building to our field teams to ensure Farm Africa’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems deliver credible, useful and accessible evidence of project results, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEL professional to apply proven analytical and communication skills to real world challenges.
