JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Recruitment Officer (MRO) located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The MRO will be responsible for developing job descriptions, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting new members to the council on a daily basis.Requirements• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or membership management.• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in social media, and email marketing.• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.• Creative problem-solving and event planning experience is a plus.• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their experience and ideas for boosting membership numbers to Email with the subject title Application for the position of Membership Recruitment Officer
