To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business for DP World.
Key Performance Areas:
Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives while implementing value added programs across the territory
Achievement of territory Sales Targets and Market Share growth
Distributing product marketing literature and providing approved information to HCP / PHARMACY / PHARMACY.
Maintain a list of up-to-date target customers, customer records and customer database
Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge to gain product endorsement to generate sales
Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access and competitive activities
Develop and execute territory business plan.
Reporting visits and other activities using CRM tool.
Territory situation diagnosis e.g., local market drivers and initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory action plan to achieve business objectives Attend trade meetings, congresses & cycle meeting and CME/CPD
Presenting reports according to Sales Manager recommendations and market needs.
Feedback to Team, Head Office and Manager of relevant competitor activity or local issues to ensure appropriate action can be taken.
Territory sales analysis and Competitor knowledge/activities, products, campaigns – key issues identified and feedback
Attending regular sales meetings with SM, general meetings, and cycle meetings
Team spirit-Liaise with team members to share information, motivate, and support team members hence contribute to the generation and delivery of the territory plan.
Ensure territory and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated to ensure an accurate record of territory is always available
Knowledgeable and able to work to the Imperial compliance standards products.
Learning clinical papers, new sales materials and keeping up to date with relevant disease knowledge
Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or any related field
Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
Experience and Skills Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Sales and Marketing experience
Promoted product knowledge
Effective selling and presentation skills
Proficiency in Business English (written & spoken)
Computer literate – e.g., Excel / PowerPoint /WORD/ FF SFA Tool usage
Working knowledge of healthcare environment and customer types
