Job Description/Requirements

•  Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement in the Kenyan market.
•  Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, partnerships, and offline).
•  Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
•  Manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
•  Create and localize content for various marketing channels, ensuring cultural and regulatory compliance.
•  Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics.
•  Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and partners.

Requirements:
•  Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the iGaming, technology, or digital entertainment industries.
•  Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behavior.
•  Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
•  Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
•  Experience in the iGaming industry.
•  Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines for gaming and online marketing.
•  Existing network of contacts in media and among key influencers.
