Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize 3-5 local strategic events from Q2 to Q4 2025 to drive brand communication and business goals.
- Build partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and other key stakeholders to increase the impact and reach of your campaign.
- Manage the planning and execution process of the event, including pre-event preparation, on-site management, and post-event summary.
- Select and supervise external suppliers or contractors to ensure the high-quality delivery of all elements of the event.
- Collect and analyze activity data to provide detailed activity summary reports and recommendations for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Event attendees: Measure the increase in event appeal and brand awareness.
Leads: The number of high-quality customer leads obtained through the campaign.
Stakeholder feedback: Satisfaction ratings and recommendations collected from the community and partners. "Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, familiar with the operation and management of offline events.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently manage multiple resources and drive project progress.
- Familiar with local culture and market needs, able to build trusting relationships with communities and partners.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate and collaborate confidently in an international environment.
Priority conditions:
- Have work experience or a network of resources in Kenya or Nigeria.
- There are examples of successful influencer collaborations or community projects.
- Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Trello) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
