JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Marketing Project Coordinator tojoin our team and drive the success of our marketing initiatives. Reporting tothe Brand Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning,execution, and monitoring of marketing projects. You will work closely withcross-functional teams, including brand, digital, creative, and eventmanagement, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and alignedwith our strategic goals
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project plans, campaign briefs, and timelines for marketing initiatives.Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of marketing projects and programs to the Brand Leader.Work in the project management system (Wrike) to monitor the progress, duration, and productivity of marketing projects.Manage and maintain project files in databases and systems used by the marketing department.Prepare timelines for projects and ensure they are completed with utmost precision and within the established budget.Review all submissions through the Digital Project Request Form, acknowledge receipt of the request, and coordinate with the Brand Leader to assign and complete requests.Communicate daily about the status of all Wrike projects.Produce an end-of-week status report on marketing projects.Participate in ongoing communication and work in conjunction with the Marketing Project Manager.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong understanding of marketing.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of project management or similar experience (In marketing).Excellent written, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Basecamp, Asana, JIRA, Notion, etc.
