The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our user acquisition and engagement strategy. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings directly reflect the impact you create—a lucrative opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Mass Content Production: Oversee the creation of 50 promotional videos per day for TikTok and other platforms—this could involve managing a team of content creators, collaborating with influencers, or producing content yourself.
  • Affiliate & Referral Growth: Scale our referral and affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring users maximize our lucrative referral system.
  • Influencer & Community Partnerships: Develop relationships with local and global influencers to drive mass adoption and increase engagement.
  • Viral User Acquisition: Identify new growth hacks, viral marketing tactics, and paid ad strategies that will drive app installs and increase daily engagement.
  • Performance Marketing & Optimization: Track KPIs such as MAUs, retention rates, and referral conversions, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Offline & Grassroots Marketing: Work closely with TCE ATMs (our shop-based community hubs) to grow our player base locally and encourage participation.
  • Creative & Adaptive Thinking: Do whatever it takes—test new ideas, experiment with campaigns, and continuously optimize based on results.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or content-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience managing large-scale content creation (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels) with a focus on viral growth.
  • Expertise in influencer, referral, and affiliate marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude—hungry for results, ready to hustle, and willing to experiment with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with Kenyan digital trends and influencer networks is a bonus.
