Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing activities to enhance the brand visibility, patient engagement, and business growth of the Eye and ENT Hospital. The individual will oversee market research, brand management, digital marketing, patient acquisition strategies, and public relations, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission to provide high-quality, specialized healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning

•  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and awareness of the hospital's services.

•  Align marketing plans with the hospital’s business goals, focusing on Eye and ENT specialties.

•  Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target demographics, and competitor activities.

Brand Management

•  Strengthen the hospital’s brand presence through innovative campaigns and community outreach programs.

•  Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring consistent branding.

•  Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive hospital reputation.

Patient Acquisition and Retention

•  Design and implement campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

•  Collaborate with clinical teams to promote new treatments, technologies, and services.

•  Develop patient education initiatives to improve awareness of eye and ENT health.

Digital Marketing and Analytics

•  Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, website management, and online advertising.

•  Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to refine strategies and report performance to senior leadership.

•  Leverage data insights to personalize marketing approaches for diverse patient groups.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

•  Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.

•  Work closely with the hospital's leadership, medical staff, and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution.

•  Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.


Qualifications and Experience

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

•  Experience: Minimum of 4 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

•  Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.

•  Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and patient confidentiality (HIPAA or equivalent).
