Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

· Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including market research, target audience identification, and messaging development.


· Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and events.


· Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning.


· Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers, including lead generation, customer acquisition campaigns, and partnerships.


· Customer Retention: Implement programs to retain existing customers and foster loyalty, such as customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and loyalty programs.


· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.


· Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.


· Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective marketing execution.


· Proven experience in marketing within the service industry.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,
