Job Summary

This role will support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation and sales. You will work closely with internal & external partners to develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate events, and produce engaging content for various platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Plan the annual, quarterly, and monthly promotion plans, develop and implement online & offline marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Create and manage content for digital and print marketing materials, such as videos, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing, including web management, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns.
  • Coordinate property listing activities, including photography, videography, virtual tours.
  • Support the planning and execution of property-related events, such as open houses, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, photographers, and graphic designers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on real estate.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems).
  • Experience in web development, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of the current real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
