Marketing Assistant and Sales Support

About the Job

Ujuzi Code Ltd is a software development company focusing on the confluence of business and software. We are seeking a dynamic sales support and marketing assistant to help the sales team responsible for directly selling Ujuzi Code's services and products.

The successful candidate will be in charge of the whole Sales cycle; from lead scoring, nurturing, and assisting in closing including customer onboarding.

The successful candidate MUST have experience using CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

● Assist the sales team with CRM management, lead tracking, and follow-ups.

● Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

● Coordinate meetings, demos, and product trials with potential clients.

● Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

● Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

● Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and web content.

● Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation.

● Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.

● Support the preparation of regular sales and marketing reports for management.

We Value

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

● Experience with selling or Marketing SAAS
