JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Sales Executive to join our liquor store team. This role is pivotal in promoting our brand, driving sales, and enhancing both online and offline visibility. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital content creation, social media management, and sales strategy execution, with the ability to grow our customer base and improve store performance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing and Social Media ManagementCreate engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, including reels, posts, and stories.Design promotional materials like posters and maintain a consistent posting schedule.Respond professionally to social media inquiries and comments.Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights.Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement strategies to boost in-store and online sales.Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the team.Identify and engage potential customers through creative marketing initiatives.Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.Reporting and AnalyticsMonitor daily sales performance and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports.Use sales data and customer feedback to inform future strategies.Brand Visibility and Media PlanningPlan initiatives to increase brand visibility online and in the community.Execute media campaigns aligned with sales objectives.Partner with influencers or content creators to promote the brand.Qualifications and SkillsExperience in marketing and sales, preferably in retail or the liquor industry.Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook marketing.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Results-driven and familiar with digital marketing and media planning.Knowledge of the liquor industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.Key CompetenciesCreativity, innovation, and attention to detail.Strong multitasking abilities and self-motivation.Commitment to quality and meeting targets.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
