Job Description/Requirements
- Preparing and executing marketing and sales plans
- Creating marketing campaigns in liaison with the Business Development, Head and to see them executed
- Planning and project manage marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Supporting the Business Development , Head in day to day marketing activities
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
- Allocating sales targets to the sales executives and ensuring that they are met
- Participates in the recruitment of the sales executives
- Monitors the performance of the sales executives and prepares periodic reports on the same
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales
- Relevant certification in marketing & sales
- 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing/sales role
