Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketer/Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing and customer service aspects of our Airbnb properties. This role requires a combination of marketing skills, customer service excellence, and property management know-how to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while maximizing occupancy and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

o Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Airbnb listings.

o Use social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to reach potential guests.

o Optimize listing descriptions, photos, and pricing to attract bookings.

2. Content Creation:

o Produce high-quality content, including photos, videos, and written descriptions for listings.

o Keep all listings up-to-date with accurate information and engaging content.

3. Market Analysis:

o Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust marketing strategies and pricing.

o Identify new opportunities for attracting guests and increasing bookings.


Customer Care:

1. Guest Communication:

o Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests.

o Provide guests with detailed information about the property, check-in/out procedures, and local attractions.

2. Problem Resolution:

o Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

o Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to address any issues reported by guests.

3. Guest Experience:

o Ensure all guest needs are met and expectations exceeded.

o Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services as needed.

Property Management:

1. Quality Assurance:

o Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

o Oversee the work of cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

2. Inventory Management:

o Manage supplies and amenities to ensure properties are well-stocked.

o Track and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.


Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


Experience:

o Proven experience in marketing, customer service, or hospitality management.

o Experience with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms is a plus.


Skills:

o Must be able to speak in English and French fluently.

o Strong marketing and digital marketing skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

o Familiarity with property management software and tools.


Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Airbnb platform and guest expectations.
