PathCare Kenya was started on 25th November, by Dr. Kiran Radia as the Chief Executive Officer. PathCare is a private, Kenyan owned professional laboratory, which provides services to clinicians and their patients in collaboration with Pathcare South Africa, one of the leading pathology groups.

Overview:

The Nairobi Marketer will be responsible for promoting our medical laboratory services within Nairobi and surrounding areas. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of our laboratory services in Nairobi. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Nairobi market. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry. Strong understanding of the Nairobi healthcare market and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas as needed.
