Job Overview:
As a Manager Partner Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners based on strategic alignment and market opportunities & Develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy to expand the partner ecosystem
- Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and align them with company goals
- Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties
- Develop and implement sales strategies with partners to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution
- Provide necessary training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities
- Ensure partners are equipped to effectively represent and sell company products/services and Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine partnership strategies
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field and MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology or related industry
- Ability in negotiation and effective management, emphasizing the capacity to navigate complex business scenarios
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and results-driven work environment
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of technology products and service
