Oversee day-to-day hotel/restaurant operations
Supervise, train, and schedule staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Implement marketing and promotional strategies
Prepare operational reports and performance reviews


Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems (POS, reservations, etc.)
