Key Responsibilities
- Project Launch Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of marketing activities for upcoming project launches, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each project, covering market analysis, positioning, branding, and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and legal to facilitate seamless execution.
- Sustaining Marketing Efforts:
- Design and implement effective marketing plans to maintain engagement and support for Residential and Commercial projects, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine and improve marketing strategies for ongoing projects.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that nurtures creativity and innovation.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment from marketing activities.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and metrics for marketing performance, consistently tracking progress and presenting comprehensive reports and insights to management.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct continuous market research to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market positioning to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in project launches and sustainability within the real estate sector..
- Deep understanding of various marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
