Job Summary
The DIB Bank Kenya Ltd. (In formation) has been issued an approval - in- principle to operate in Kenya and is in the process of completing all the necessary formalities to obtain a full and final banking license from the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). The new bank is looking to establish itself as an “employer of choice” and seeking to attract qualified and experienced candidates from multinational/local banks based in Kenya.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Policy:Define and develop the Credit Policy Manual bearing in mind the Bank’s strategy and plans in the context of the dynamic market environment and business model.Proactively address policy areas that need to be revisited. This includes upkeep of chapters that require updating.
- Secondary
evaluation (after Retail Credit) of new product programs and review of
existing ones for amendments. Working with the Business Departments to
evaluate them and seek revisions where necessary.
- Improve the
quality of output and efficiency of existing IT and MIS systems.
