Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

Inspection:

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance programs
• Executing preventative maintenance inspections on equipment, utilities and building Trouble shooting & Repairs:
• Work collaboratively with team members, cross- functional colleagues and managers to resolve issues.
• Participate in the diagnosis and repair of faults and breakdowns

Machine installation:

• Plan and participate in machine installation, commissioning, modification, improvement and innovation to improve efficiency Reports:
• Escalate issues of concern to the manager timely and accurately
• Assign and Control equipment overtime and breakdowns
• Document technical work and breakdown reports
• Record details of work performed for actionable and planning purposes
• Keep schedules for routine maintenance of generator, routine maintenance of the air compressor and the routine maintenance of the boiler
• Routine maintenance of forklift

Maintenance workflow:

• To develop efficient and effective preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, machines and building.
• Ensure all allocated tools and equipment are in safe and good condition.
• Prepare work schedules and execute against them
• Coordinate maintenance works and service provider to ensure factory performance
• Plan, process, implement and control, review and adjust planned maintenance schedule
• Trouble shooting equipment’s and machine failures by inspection, testing, prescribing corrective action and reinstating it back to its working condition.

Supplier’s management:

• Manage maintenance service providers when they are on site
• To source engineering services and spares suppliers
• Create and maintain a database of suppliers and service providers

Spare parts & tools management:

• Keep an updated inventory of tools assigned for maintenance works
• Keep an updated inventory of spare parts utilization
• Maintain good stocks’ level of spare parts
• Initiate purchase requisition for machine spare parts for maintenance

Supervision:

• Supervision of the maintenance technicians’ team
• Overseeing the maintenance program for the equipment
• Train and upskill the maintenance team in troubleshooting

Other:

• Any other assigned duties
