JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient repackaging of products while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards. The Repacking Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining repacking machines to ensure smooth production flow. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence in every aspect of the job.RequirementsDiploma in mechanical or industrial operations is highly desirable.At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably with repacking or packaging machinery.High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in monitoring production quality and adhering to specifications.Ability to troubleshoot common machine issues and collaborate with maintenance for more complex repairs.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment; ability to read and interpret machine manuals and product specifications.Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and report issues or progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Repacking Machines: Set up, adjust, and operate various repacking machines in accordance with the production schedule and product specifications.Monitor Production Quality: Regularly inspect repackaged products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet both internal standards and client requirements. Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.Machine Setup and Calibration: Calibrate machines at the start of each shift or when switching between product types to ensure the correct repackaging parameters.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Quickly address any machine malfunctions, performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs.Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all company safety guidelines, ensuring the safe operation of machines and proper handling of materials. Consistently maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and any incidents or anomalies during your shift.Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, packaging, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery and to improve overall production processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance machine performance, production efficiency, and safety measures. Recommend improvements where possible.
