Job Summary
Vithek Enterprise Limited is hiring a skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in logistics and supply chain management and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
2. Oversee procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure timely and cost- effective delivery of goods.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage and minimize waste.
5. Prepare logistics reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
7. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable terms.
8. Lead, train, and motivate the logistics team to meet departmental goals.
9. Identify potential supply chain challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
10. Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and ensure proper documentation.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in logistics and supply chain management.
Skills and Competencies:
o Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain optimization.
o Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
o Excellent leadership and team management skills.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Effective communication and negotiation skills.
o Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
