JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Jr Accountant to join us, you’ll collaborate with an assigned Client in the US. This role is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations about reviewing and processing invoices from vendors and contractors, but not limited to additional key responsibilities supporting our finance team. This role demands a self-starting person with excellent communication skills who can thrive in collaborative environments and is comfortable operating autonomously. RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities • Execute Accounts Payable functions by reviewing, recording, and ensuring appropriate documentation, approval, and coding • Develop and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual, financial documents • Develop and generate financial reports as needed; assists in problems Resolution • Develop daily and monthly, also audit quarterly bank reconciliations • Develop various accounts receivable functions, including collections and invoicing • Help in bill payments, invoicing, and cash transfers according to operating needs • Fraternize with other departments to achieve goals • Assisting with internal and external customer service requests regarding finance
