Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Personal Trainer to join Fit Generation - Healthy Living. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of personal training experience, be certified up to Level 3 or higher, and have a proven track record of working with high-level clients.

You will play a key role in managing our personal training team, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our brand, particularly within corporate organizations.

This position requires someone who is goal-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and deliver customized personal training programs for both individuals and groups, ensuring each program is tailored to meet client needs and goals.
• Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with high-level and corporate clients, enhancing Fit Generation's brand visibility and credibility.
• Manage and oversee the personal training team, including team scheduling, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead corporate wellness programs, providing tailored fitness solutions to companies.
• Develop and manage team training processes, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote personal training services, engage with clients, and grow the Fit Generation community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create fitness content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Ensure all clients receive continuous support, motivation, and regular progress assessments.
• Lead and manage online fitness classes and contribute to online program development.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company growth goals and support business development initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with fitness trends, certifications, and industry knowledge to ensure our training programs stay relevant and effective.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Level 3 (or higher) Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Extensive experience working with high-level clients, including executives and corporate organizations.
• Proven experience in outsourcing, managing and training teams of personal trainers.
• Strong social media management skills and experience in fitness content creation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and schedules with little supervision.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and lead by example.
• Strong ability to develop and execute fitness programs for individual clients and groups.
• Knowledge of wellness coaching, nutrition, and holistic health is a plus.
• Experience delivering corporate wellness programs is highly desirable.
