Landscaping Design & Construction Project Lead

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, innovative and passionate LANDSCAPING PROFESSIONAL for a unique sustainable development project in Nairobi.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review landscaping master plan & develop detailed design and construction plans

• Provide cost estimate and identify cost reduction strategies

• Assist with procurement of all landscaping material 

• Compile, file and manage all required project data and information 

• Monitor quality standards and supervise on site construction

• Manage the site and report to the project manager

We would like to hear from you about this unique opportunity if you have Landscaping Architectural degree or other landscaping qualification with at least 5 years field experience with similar project and are also:

• Passionate about sustainability and keen interest in landscaping architecture design and         achieving project objectives

• Have experience in large scale landscaping projects with significant experience in water           features (must requirement) & hard landscaping

• Are well connected in the landscaping industry to source highly competitively priced material

• Have exceptional communication skills, are a critical thinker, highly organized, meticulous,      detail oriented and take pride in your work
