Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for marketing, and excellent communication skills. Location is Nairobi and Mombasa

Job Description/Requirements

 Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.


Marketing Campaigns:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine

optimization (SEO).

- Analyze marketing trends and make recommendations for adjustments to marketing strategies.


Brand Development:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.

- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

- Plan and execute promotional events and trade shows.


Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

- Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the marketing team.

- Provide regular feedback on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.

- Track and report sales metrics and provide status reports to management.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [Industry].

- Proven experience meeting sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
